In order to establish a long-term relationship with our clients we believe it begins with good communication. Plants are living just like you and I, and require care and maintenance to different degrees. Once your landscape is installed you may need some assistance in the maintaining of the plants, we offer the service of full plant health care and are always available to answer any questions.
Our Landscape Warranty
Occasionally plant material doesn’t establish well and it needs to be replaced. We will replace them for free as soon as they are available and our schedule permits. The planting environment must be maintained as a provision of the warranty, including watering and protection from unreasonable damage by pets or people. Mountain Home Landscape extends a one year limited warranty to all plants installed by us as long as we have purchased the material and know it is healthy at the time of installation.
What does not fall under our warranty:
- Vandalism or Mother Nature; for example, early or late season freezes, heavy snowstorms, hail or damaging winds, etc.
- Plants that fail because of improper care; for example, over or under watering, improper fertilizing or chemical application, etc.
- Plants that are transplanted.
- Ornamental grasses.
We offer a watering service using our truck with our water. Every two weeks we use a liquid fertilizer on all plants. This helps with root establishment and the proper nutrients to help produce food. Watering should be done from the time of installation through November, if possible.
